The City Council's summer recess ended today with the first meeting after the summer. Tonight there was a meeting of the Development Quality Committee. There were a few applications on the agenda. An application for Dundee West Football Club to put in new changing facilities at Charlotte Street in Downfield was very interesting in terms of their development as a community club.
